These Terms and Conditions apply to the KFC Online Ordering website kfc.com.sg or KFC Singapore App. Please read this statement carefully before ordering. By accessing our site and initiating transactions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy.


KFC Online Ordering is available for Dine-in, Takeaway and Delivery.

Dine-in and Takeaway service availability vary depending on the operating hours of the restaurants. Breakfast orders are taken until 10.45am, while Lunch/ Dinner orders are available 15 mins before restaurant closing hours.

Delivery service is available daily from 11:00am to 11:00pm to a valid address in Singapore. A minimum order of $14 and surcharge of $4.50 apply for every delivery order. A minimum order of $80 applies for the following areas: Angsana, Banyan, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Changi Airport Terminal, Lim Chu Kang, Mandai Road, Meranti, Neo Tiew, Seletar, Tengah Air Base, Tuas South and Tuas South Avenue 8. To ensure the safety of our riders, delivery service may be temporarily unavailable at selected areas or delivery timing may be affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. For orders above $200, please order 2 hours in advance. For orders above $500 and advance order of more than 4 days, please call KFC Delivery hotline at 6222 6111.


You may be required to register an account to use certain features on the website and app. You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration processes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password, or other account information.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account and be responsible for all activities made by you or anyone that uses your account. You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account has been compromised, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at kfc.ops.feedback@kfc.com.sg


Prices and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification. Meal deals and pricing may differ for Dine-in / Takeaway and Delivery. Menu differs at selected KFC restaurants for Dine-in and Takeaway. Prices are inclusive of prevailing GST.

Meal consists of mixture of chicken parts. Choice of chicken parts is subject to availability. Chilled products (i.e. Froyo, Coleslaw) should be consumed immediately upon receipt. Special requests (i.e. without sauce, chicken parts request) are not available for delivery service. Customers with special orders are advised to call our KFC Delivery hotline at 6222 6111. Orders with more than 4 drinks may be served in non-chilled can for delivery. For bulk purchase of chicken or box meals, chicken pieces will be packed in a special KFC Delivery box.

As part of our Go Green efforts, no straw will be served.


Once an order is placed, no cancellation nor modification is allowed. KFC is not liable to provide a refund once an order is made and payment has been received.


The available payment options are Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards, AMEX credit cards and DBS PayLah! For everyone’s added safety, we are accepting only cashless payments along with contactless delivery and contactless takeaway for all online orders.
